Condition: The Udjat eyes amulets are intact throughout and of appealing quality.
Description: Necklace with ten eyes of Horus. Between them faience beads and small tubes. The eye of the sky god Horus is his restored left one ("Moon Eye”), healed by the Egyptian god Thot. It is also called Wadjet or Udjat eye (Udjat= intact, complete, healed, healthy). Corresponding to its meaning Udjat amulets had apotropaic functions and should protect against illnesses. Modern restrung and ready to wear.
