Condition: Only a surficial crack on the rim, otherwise intact.
Description: Handmade, quite thick walled bowl with a small base of the so-called blacktop ware. The clay was covered with a red iron oxide, which develops the distinctive dark red color after burning. The black rim, which continues in the inside, results from burning the vase, when the upper part was exposed to thick smoke.
