Description: Large and perfectly preserved Roman unguentarium of greenish transparent glass, likely once used as a perfume bottle. The vessel, with its long neck tapering towards the top, stands on a slightly concave base. The body is hemispherical and compressed, narrowing at the transition to the neck. This allowed for precise, drop-by-drop dispensing of the precious liquid. The rim is drawn horizontally outward and hot-rounded at the end.
