Condition: A few beads with minor chips and weathering.
Description: Necklace with large, opaque glass beads from the late Roman to the early Byzantine period. Especially interesting are the different forms, techniques and colors of the various beads made of glass paste. A large round agate bead is in the center, two smaller ones on the upper part of the necklace. The beads were individually acquired and restrung. Ready to wear with modern gold clasp.
