Description: Bronze fibula of round wire with two opposite coiled spiral discs. Between the spirals an eight loop. A wire needle originates from a spiral eye. A hook-formed bent wire end at the other spiral eye forms the needle holder. Fibulae such as this were widespread from the early Bronze Period to the late Iron Age in southeast Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Italy to Greece. Mounted.
