Description: Finely worked out pair of gold hoop earrings from the early period of Hellenism. The circular earrings of round gold wire merge into two thin loops which serve as a clasp. The outside of the gold wire is abundantly adorned with granules in grape-shape and large gold beads with granules in the shape of pomegranates. These magnificent earrings are still wearable today. It is recommended to have modern pins custom-made to avoid opening the ancient clasp.
