Provenance: Belgian private collection, acquired from André Munter Archeologie, Brussels, Belgium. Accompanied by a collection photograph. On the reverse a sticker with a stamp of a court inspection dated 26 June 2009 with the signature of the law clerk F. Coene N.
Condition: Encrustations on the surface, but intact.
Description: Big stamnos of light clay with an ovoid corpus, slightly set off foot rim and two applied band handles on the shoulder. The neck is vertical. The vessel is painted with brown color, handle, neck and foot rim with broad bands, on the shoulder grid decoration, below again bands in different widths.
