Provenance: German private collection, acquired from Gorny&Mosch on 11 June 2006, lot 641. Last in a French collection.
Condition: Tip very slightly chipped, some light brown encrustation, otherwise intact.
Description: Very long needle of cast bronze, typical for findings from the Urnfield period. The needle with long, straight shaft, as well as an enlarged neck with horizontal fluted grooves. The head onion-shaped, flat on the top and encircled with vertical grooves.
