Condition: Eyelet and parts of the hair missing.
Description: Phoenician head amulet with a finely worked out face and ears of opaque red glass. The nose far protruding and bulbous, the mouth small and closed. The eyes are circularly applied with blue glass. The hair on the sides and on top also of blue glass paste. Amulets such as the present one were worn around the neck and had apotropaic functions.
