Description: Bulbous jug with a trefoil spout, on its back a handle reaching to the shoulder. The vessel belongs to the so-called black-on-red ware, where the painter applies the decoration in black color on the red, mostly polished coating of the clay. Typical are the circle motives which are on the shoulder. Around the corpus very finely drawn concentric rings in different thicknesses. The rim of the spout colored in black, around the neck is also a black band. The jug stands on a slightly set off ring foot. On the base two written inventory numbers, on the side of the bottom an inscription “Cyprus”.
